Processing & Handling Time

All of our cold-process soaps and cosmetics are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer reliable shipping options across Canada via tracked parcel services.

Estimated delivery time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on your province and proximity to major shipping hubs.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to populate on the courier's website.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes across Canada using Canada Post.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within Canada.
